Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually by credit card, with annual billing saving roughly two months compared to monthly. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on a custom contract.
What check intervals are available on each plan?
Intervals range from every 5 minutes on Hobby down to every 15 seconds on Enterprise. You can mix intervals across monitors within your plan's minimum.
What happens if I go over my monitor limit?
We'll email you before anything is disabled and give you the option to upgrade or pause lower-priority monitors. We never delete monitor history without warning.
Do you offer an SLA?
Business plans get a 99.5% platform uptime commitment, and Enterprise plans get 99.9% with service credits for missed targets, detailed in your contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or downgrade from your billing settings at any time and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention calls.
